Refund Policy

Once a visa or travel document request is accepted, you will receive an email which will formalize the contract, thus it will become a valid, current and binding legal transaction between the parties, and therefore we, as a business, will become your supplier and you our customer.

All fees paid to an issuing authority by esaudivisa.org on your behalf are non-refundable. If a visa or passport application is submitted on your behalf and the request is rejected for any reason, esaudivisa.org will, at your request, make additional attempt to secure the travel document.
